The straight bar is 5' 5" long and can be used in combination with other dumbbell sets. The set contains 8 different weight groups measuring 4 x 22 lb, 2 x 11 lb and 2 x 4.4 lb.

The star shaped screw collars ensure the weights stay in place. The bar grip handles have a special structure for optimal grip during exercise. The weights are covered with a noise reducing plastic cover.
